Datenschutz bei Semaforo
Kurz gesagt: kein Konto, keine Werbung, kein Tracking. Dein Lernstand bleibt auf deinem Gerät.
Was wir nicht erheben
Semaforo fragt nicht nach Name, E-Mail oder anderen persönlichen Daten. Deine Antworten, dein Lernstand und die Ergebnisse der Simulationen bleiben auf deinem Gerät und werden uns nie geschickt.
Anonyme Statistiken
Damit wir sehen, welche Funktionen helfen, kann die App über AppGlance, unser Analysewerkzeug, ein paar anonyme Nutzungsdaten senden. Sie sind nur mit einer zufälligen Kennung der Installation verknüpft, nicht mit dir. Zum Beispiel: welches Paket du gewählt hast, dass du eine Übung begonnen oder eine Simulation beendet hast. Wir senden nie eine Antwort, eine Frage, deinen Lernstand, einen Namen oder eine E-Mail. Sie dienen nicht der Werbung und werden mit niemandem geteilt.
Du kannst sie ausschalten, jederzeit in den Einstellungen der App.
Inhaltspakete
Wenn du ein Paket lädst, schickt die App eine einfache Anfrage an unseren Inhaltsserver: ohne Kennung, ohne Cookie und ohne Statistik. Der Hosting-Anbieter (Cloudflare) sieht die IP-Adresse, wie bei jeder Anfrage im Internet; wir lesen diese Protokolle nicht.
Fehlermeldungen und E-Mail
„Fehler melden“ öffnet Mail mit dem Paket, der Version und der Frage schon im Text. Die App sendet nichts von selbst. Wenn du uns schreibst, nutzen wir deine E-Mail nur für die Antwort und löschen sie auf Wunsch.
Käufe
Mögliche Käufe in der App wickelt Apple ab. Deine Zahlungsdaten sehen wir nicht.
Verantwortlicher und deine Rechte
Verantwortlich ist Ludyem AS (siehe Impressum). Für jede Anfrage zu deinen Daten schreib an support@ludyem.dev. Du kannst dich auch an die Datenschutzbehörde deines Landes wenden: in Italien an den Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, in Norwegen, wo Ludyem AS seinen Sitz hat, an Datatilsynet.
Semaforo privacy
In short: no accounts, no ads, no tracking. Your progress stays on your device.
What we do not collect
Semaforo never asks for your name, email or any other personal data. Your answers, progress and mock exam results stay on your device and are never sent to us.
Anonymous statistics
To learn which features help, the app may send a few anonymous usage events through AppGlance, our analytics tool. They carry only a random install ID, not linked to you. For example: which pack you picked, that you started a practice or finished a mock exam. We never send an answer, a question, your progress, a name or an email. They are not used for ads and not shared with anyone.
You can turn them off at any time in the app's settings.
Content packs
When you download a pack, the app makes a plain request to our content server: no identifier, no cookie, no analytics. The hosting provider (Cloudflare) sees the IP address, as with any request on the internet; we do not read those logs.
Reports and email
Report a problem opens Mail with the pack, version and question already written. The app sends nothing by itself. If you write to us, we use your email only to answer you, and delete it on request.
Purchases
Any in-app purchases are handled by Apple. We never see your payment details.
