In breve: niente account, niente pubblicità, niente tracciamento. I tuoi progressi restano sul dispositivo.
Cosa non raccogliamo
Prua non chiede nome, email o altri dati personali. Le tue risposte, i progressi e i risultati delle simulazioni restano sul dispositivo e non ci vengono mai inviati.
Statistiche anonime
Per capire quali funzioni servono, l'app può inviare poche statistiche d'uso anonime tramite AppGlance, il nostro strumento di analisi. Sono legate solo a un identificativo casuale dell'installazione, non a te. Per esempio: quale pacchetto hai scelto, che hai iniziato un esercizio o finito una simulazione. Non inviamo mai una risposta, un quesito, i progressi, un nome o un'email. Non sono usate per pubblicità e non sono condivise con nessuno.
Puoi disattivarle in qualsiasi momento nelle impostazioni dell'app.
Pacchetti di contenuti
Quando scarichi un pacchetto, l'app fa una semplice richiesta al nostro server dei contenuti: senza identificativi, senza cookie e senza statistiche. Il fornitore di hosting (Cloudflare) vede l'indirizzo IP, come per ogni richiesta in rete; noi non leggiamo questi registri.
Segnalazioni e email
«Segnala un problema» apre Mail con il pacchetto, la versione e il quesito già scritti. L'app non invia nulla da sola. Se ci scrivi, usiamo la tua email solo per risponderti e la cancelliamo su richiesta.
Acquisti
Gli eventuali acquisti nell'app sono gestiti da Apple. Non vediamo i tuoi dati di pagamento.
Titolare e diritti
Il titolare è Ludyem AS (vedi le note legali). Per qualsiasi richiesta sui tuoi dati scrivi a support@ludyem.dev. Puoi anche rivolgerti all'autorità di controllo del tuo Paese: in Italia il Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, in Norvegia, dove ha sede Ludyem AS, il Datatilsynet.

What we do not collect
Prua never asks for your name, email or any other personal data. Your answers, progress and mock exam results stay on your device and are never sent to us.
Anonymous statistics
To learn which features help, the app may send a few anonymous usage events through AppGlance, our analytics tool. They carry only a random install ID, not linked to you. For example: which pack you picked, that you started a practice or finished a mock exam. We never send an answer, a question, your progress, a name or an email. They are not used for ads and not shared with anyone.
You can turn them off at any time in the app's settings.
Content packs
When you download a pack, the app makes a plain request to our content server: no identifier, no cookie, no analytics. The hosting provider (Cloudflare) sees the IP address, as with any request on the internet; we do not read those logs.
Reports and email
Report a problem opens Mail with the pack, version and question already written. The app sends nothing by itself. If you write to us, we use your email only to answer you, and delete it on request.
Purchases
Any in-app purchases are handled by Apple. We never see your payment details.

The controller is Ludyem AS (see the legal notice). For any request about your data, write to support@ludyem.dev. You can also contact the data protection authority of your country: in Italy the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali; in Norway, where Ludyem AS is based, Datatilsynet.
